Descripción

This is not just a cycling route, it is an experience of returning to the essentials. Over the course of five days, this journey invites you to leave the fast-paced pace of everyday life and reconnect with the natural, the authentic and the profound. The bicycle here becomes a means of touring not only physical landscapes, but also interior landscapes.

The route runs through silent landscapes, away from the trade routes, crossing rural roads, gentle hills, canyons, forests and small hermitages that have been places of retreat for centuries. Each day is experienced as a stretch of a broader journey: the path to the origin, both of the territory and of oneself.

This trip combines the leisurely movement of cycling with moments of contemplation, writing, reading and optional meditation, without demands, without the need to surrender, just to flow. The stops are chosen for their symbolic and emotional value: viewpoints, fountains, sacred natural spaces, villages with soul.

Staying in rural houses and retreats carefully selected for their energy, hospitality and environment, you will live a harmonious and sensory experience. The meals, based on fresh and natural products, reinforce this integral connection with the environment. It is an ideal route for people who want to live a journey with intention, who feel movement as a form of transformation and who are looking for more depth than distance.

Tour en resumen

Biking in Andalucia

Most roads are in good condition, and we take scenic country routes to steer clear of heavy traffic and soak in the beauty of the landscape. However, occasional potholes can appear, so staying attentive is key while enjoying the surroundings. As you approach or depart from towns and cities, traffic tends to increase, but if needed, your guides are always available to lend a helping hand.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The guide will provide a detailed briefing on each day’s ride, introduce the trail, and offer continuous advice throughout the day while riding with the group. The tour leader will handle day-to-day needs. Additionally, the guide will share interesting facts about the region’s true beauty, including its traditions, cuisine, history, and landscapes.

We will organize several outdoor picnics featuring a variety of local products. Each day, we aim to arrive at the hotel at a respectable hour, allowing time to enjoy the surroundings and take a swim in the hotel swimming pool. A cycling day typically lasts between 5 and 6 hours, including breaks and lunch.

Consultants are available to offer tailored advice to help you prepare.
